Christian Bacherl
Joint Founder & Co-Managing Partner
Christian has spent more than two decades in Equity Capital Markets and investment banking, advising issuers from IPO through ongoing investor engagement.
He established one of Germany’s first dedicated roadshow and equities-event management teams and successfully led ECM, syndicate, and corporate-client functions in Germany and the UK.
Today he applies that experience to help companies use data and technology to build lasting investor relationships.
Christian holds degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science — and, as a keen endurance runner, knows the discipline it takes to reach the finish line.
Maria Töpfer
Joint Founder & Co-Managing Partner
Maria combines experience in Equity Capital Markets with a background in finance, accounting, and strategy consulting.
Her work has always centred on connecting investors with compelling equity stories — from advising issuers on market positioning to developing data-driven targeting approaches.
At ACCNITE she focuses on translating market insight into product design and client success.
Maria holds a BA in International Business Management and an MSc in Finance.
A classically trained pianist, she knows how precision and timing turn expertise into harmony.
Dr Volker Stümpflen
Chief Technology & AI Partner
Volker bridges advanced analytics and practical application.
A PhD in physical chemistry, he has conducted research in big data and AI, founded an award-winning fintech that pioneered real-time news analytics for share-price-moving events, and later built the data-science division of a major German media group.
At ACCNITE he leads product architecture and innovation, ensuring the platform’s AI-driven analytics translate into explainable, actionable insight.
He knows that the right formula matters — in both science and software.
