The basics

What ACCNITE is and who it is for.

What is ACCNITE?

ACCNITE is an investor relations platform that connects shareholder data, targeting, engagement, and reporting on one place. IR teams use it to identify, engage, and understand the investors aligned with their strategy.

Who is ACCNITE for?

Investor relations teams, CFOs, and corporate development at listed and pre-IPO companies, along with the advisors who support them. It works for lean IR functions and large teams alike.

How is ACCNITE different from other IR tools?

Two things stand out. First, better transparency and context: ownership and interaction data sit together, so you see not just the numbers but the story behind them. Second, data and AI applied with purpose: we put analysis where it saves real time, and every insight can be traced back to the data behind it rather than a result you have to take on faith.

Where does the name ACCNITE come from, and how do you pronounce it?

It combines access and ignite, reflecting our goal of making it easier for companies to connect with the right investors. It is pronounced ack-NITE.

Platform & modules

Start with the core, add what you need.

Is ACCNITE modular?

Yes. You start with the core platform and add modules as your needs grow, so you are not paying for capabilities you will not use. The modularity means the platform can match a small team today and expand as the IR programme matures.

What is included in the core platform?

Connected ownership data, the investor relations CRM, AI-assisted targeting, engagement and briefings, analytics and board reporting, automated workflows, Outlook integration, team collaboration, and peer holdings. Together these cover the day-to-day IR workflow from identification through to reporting.

What add-on modules are available?

Shareholder Identification (SRD II) brings disclosure results into the platform at beneficial-owner level. An Investor Feedback module supports structured perception work where your investor base has the culture for it. Both are opt-in, so you add them when the need is there.

Does ACCNITE work with the tools we already use?

Yes. Outlook integration keeps investor correspondence and meetings in sync without double entry, and the platform connects to the wider data sources your IR work relies on, so your team keeps one source of truth.

Data & AI

Explainable by design.

How does AI-assisted targeting work?

ACCNITE analyses ownership and market data to surface investors whose profile fits your strategy, then ranks them so your team can focus outreach where it is most likely to pay off. The aim is fit, not just a longer list.

Is the AI a black box?

No. Every suggestion can be traced back to the data behind it, so you can see why an investor is a match before you act. That transparency is a deliberate design choice, because IR decisions need to hold up in front of a board.

Where does your data come from?

The platform brings together market ownership data, disclosure results where the Shareholder Identification module is in use, and your own interaction history. Keeping these in one place is what makes the context, not just the raw figures, usable day to day.

Services

Expert help alongside the platform.

What services does ACCNITE offer?

Bespoke Targeting, Investor Gap Analysis, Deal Enablement, and IR Support. Each begins as a project with our team, and the results flow back into the platform, so the value stays with you rather than sitting in a one-off report.

How does Shareholder Identification work?

Under SRD II you can request disclosure of who holds your shares. ACCNITE runs the identification and brings the results into the platform at beneficial-owner level, so you can act on who actually owns your stock, not just the names on the register.

What is Bespoke Targeting, and how is it different from targeting in the platform?

Bespoke Targeting is a highly customised version of the core targeting, shaped around your specific strategy and story. It starts as a project to set up the customisation, after which the data becomes available in the platform and is refreshed regularly.

Security, setup & pricing

Getting started with confidence.

How is my data handled and protected?

ACCNITE onDemand is a German company, and we handle your data in line with GDPR. Details of how we store and process personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

How long does it take to get started?

Because the platform is modular, most teams begin with the core and are working in it quickly, then add modules or services as needs develop. The best starting point depends on your priorities, which is what an initial conversation is for.

What does ACCNITE cost?

Pricing follows the modular model: you pay for the core plus the modules and services you choose. See Packages for how things bundle by company stage and size, or contact us for a quote tailored to your setup.

Do you offer support?

Yes. Support is built in, and for teams that need more hands, our IR Support services provide tailored help when bandwidth is tight. You are not left to work it out alone.
